Limestone Tiles For Sale

8 sq metres of very high quality limestone tiles suitable for a bathroom floor or entrance hall.  The tiles are 400 mm by 400 mm and are 15 mm thick, the price is £200.00.  They are suitable for external, internal usage, wet rooms, swimming pool edging and under floor heating.  They cost circa 45.00 per metre square new, and we have completed our renovations, and have discovered we over ordered. Below is photo of our completed floor.

Claud Butler Racing (CBR) Mens Hardtail mountain bike 20”

3-4 months old, used around 5 times max. perfect/showroom condition! 20” mens mountain bike, claud butlers most expensive “budget” mountain bike - cost £500 only a few months ago brand new. Excellent spec, Rock Shox alloy suspension frame (adjustable), Quad QHD-1 Hydraulic disc brakes front and back, Shimano Deore gears and rapid shifters, Truvative Handlebars pedals and crank, Tioga Saddle, Cateye LED rear lights (were £35) Electron 10/5w twin rechargable headlights (rrp £70), insurance approved Sold Secure Silver D-Lock and braided cable (+ 5keys) plus Armoured padlock (£60+), Topeak Defender adjustable mudguards (cost £30). Also included are ALL documents for the bike, including the manuals for the disc brakes and the suspension etc, in their original packaging. Total cost was almost £700 as you can see, as it was all bought in brand new. Insured for £700! Asking price is £375, reason for sale? It is not getting used due to other commitments, hence sale.
